Refund And Cancelation

At Jeevan Sutra, we are committed to providing high-quality astrology and spiritual services. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for astrology consultations, tarot readings, healing sessions, and other services are non-refundable
  • Once a service is booked or delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with the outcome or results does not qualify for a refund

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments can only be canceled before the scheduled time
  • Cancellation requests must be made in advance
  • Once the service has started or been delivered, cancellation is not possible

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Users may request to reschedule an appointment before the scheduled time
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Only one-time rescheduling may be allowed

4. Missed Appointments

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled session, it will be considered a no-show
  • No refund or rescheduling will be provided for missed appointments

5. Technical Issues

  • If a session is interrupted due to technical issues from our side, we will offer a reschedule or continuation of the session
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases

6. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment made but service not delivered

Such cases will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.
